Sol Bock
German-Style Maibock
Sol Bock is our interpretation of a Maibock. We use all Amarillo hops to yield a prominent orange-citrus character. Decoction mashing enhances the already softer than traditional malt profile, resulting in a creamy vanilla backbone with subtle hints of toast and caramel. You are left with a unique and refreshing marriage of citrus and malt swirling from this medium-bodied brew.
